Yes but context is everything , they tried to change the name of the club and took the name of the club off the badge

At other times not really a big issue but this seemed to be a big '**** you' to the fans

    Exactafuckinmundo.
"it's only a badge" etc totally misses the point.
Hey ho; utterly sick n tired of all this ****. They've closed to killed it for me. Along with being a now so deeply ingrained addiction that's tough to shake; like say smoking or alcoholism, there's now only 1 very personal reason keeping it alive for me; I'm that close. Well done Allams you utter ****s.

Stewart has to be in. I assumed he was rested for Rotherham but considering he was on the bench again at the weekend, that isn't the case.

Which is why I didn't like having a badge with just a tiger's head and 1904 on. It was an attempt to back up Allam's ludicrous assertion that we had been Hull Tigers since 1904 and a **** you to the the chants about being Hull City since 1904. Now the badge confirms that we have been Hull City since 1904.

It isnt one solitary thing .. like change of name .. badge .. name on trophies .. its their want to eradicate over a hundred years of history .. their want to shaft the fans at every turn .. their total none understanding of footballing matters and their outright greed. Fraid i cant and wont forgive them .. and like many here find them utterly repulsive in every way .. not until their shadows have left city behind will i return like hundreds if not thousands of others.

but history can't change, as I said they are nob heads and may try but so what. The name change was worth a fight but a badge and re-engraving trophies is petty and not worth a rise. Concessions are worth a battle but it seems no one can be arsed

The reason many have stopped attending is in protest to the way the allam family have run the club .. which in turn includes the removal of concessions. The Allams have shown time after time they are not prepared to listen to anyone .. the football league are a tin pot outfit that hold little sway with sich matters .. so people are protesting with their feet. You are correct .. history never changes .. just a shame no one told the Allams that .. with their pathetic attempts to eradicate the name of Hull City through various attempts. Sad thing is .. they could have been held in such esteem as the Leiceater owner .. alas because of their pettiness they ha e become a laughing stock and repulsed.

Here's hoping they've trained on the right sized pitch. It can make one hell of a difference.

NIGEL ADKINS HAS CONFIRMED THE CURRENT INJURY SITUATION AT HULL CITY, COUPLED WITH THEIR HECTIC RUN OF FIXTURES, MEANS HE WILL MAKE CHANGES TO HIS SQUAD FOR TUESDAY NIGHT’S HOME GAME AGAINST MILLWALL.

The Tigers’ treatment room saw three new additions this week with David Marshall, Jackson Irvine and Fraizer Campbell all coming off with injuries during Saturday’s defeat at Brentford.

Marshall was forced off at half-time against Brentford at the weekend with a dead leg, while both Irvine and Campbell were also withdrawn in the second half at Griffin Park after picking up knocks, and the Tigers’ Head Coach admits the trio are doubts ahead of facing the Lions.

“There will be changes to the team for Millwall, but there was always going to be regardless of the injuries we picked up,” he said.

“David was forced off with a leg injury at Brentford and as a result of that is a big doubt. But, credit to George Long, because I thought he came on at the weekend and looked very assured between the posts.

“We also lost Jackson Irvine in the second half with a leg injury as well and everyone could see him struggling and limping around.

“We need Jackson’s aerial threat in particular against Millwall, so that’s a big issue whether he’s going to fit enough or not.

“And there are also concerns about Fraizer as well. That’s three key players for us bearing in mind it’s a quick turnaround from Saturday.”

Kevin Stewart missed the trip to Griffin Park with a back complaint, with Adkins admitting he didn’t know if the former Liverpool midfielder would be able to make his return to feature against the Lions.

“I don’t know is the honest answer,” he added. “In my mind I wanted him to play but he wasn’t fit. That’s frustrating but we’ll see where we go for the next game coming up.”

More positive news came with Adkins – speaking after Saturday’s trip to Brentford – confirming that both Jordy de Wijs and Reece Burke will start alongside each other at the heart of the Tigers’ defence.

“Jordy will start against Millwall, as will Reece Burke. Reece actually had a bit of a sore calf in the build to Brentford.

“I said I was going to utilise the squad of players knowing that it was highly unlikely Reece was going to be able to play Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday and it was the for same for Jordy.”

I'm in Abu Dhabi this week so will probably be asleep before this one's finished. So I expect to wake up to a piss take message from my Swedish Milwall supporting mate telling me they've stuffed us.

Will see tonight if teams have worked us out after the two months good run. We need a plan B other than Bowen/Grosicki and not much else. At least Ridgewell won't be playing, MLS defending for 5 years won't have helped his game

I’m expecting to enjoy a splendid game this beautiful evening...I’m already sat in the sunshine with a huge margarita! (the drink, not the pizza)
