Notwithstanding the debate about Kelv, his distribution today was not too bad for a change, rather than hopeless which is the norm. Great shot stopper though.
Yes I understand he has been a consistent player. Just pointing out that he is getting on a bit and as a full back you do need a bit of pace as the chances are you will be up against a quick winger. His tackling and positioning is good, just feel Richardson is the better all round player.
It gets pretty boring all the Kelvin knockers he has saved us on more occasions than i can remember and he has been here a while there have been a handful of bloopers in the five or so seasons he has been with us but i can recall so many superb saves which have often been the differance between winning or losing its pretty unfair to always highlight the negatives he brings a lot to us which includes an obvoius love of the club pretty rare in your modern footballer. My message to those who doubt him is be very careful what you wish for. Also it did not help today that the back four due to included two new boys and Cork filling in out of his best position so there were some understandable moments of misunderstanding
Davis was excellent at most things today with exception of his wish to perform as an outfield player. Fox was outstanding today. I wouldn't change anything at the moment.
Here we go again. Kelv didn't have a "PERFECT" game so lets' drop him. Once again, I am SO HAPPY that Nigel Adkins is picking the team and you lot are not.
I guess I do to an extent, as I believe that one bad moment doesn't make a bad player, and yes, I know that Kelvin has made mistakes before, and will do in future. But thinking back to the Leicester game, if he hadn't played as well as he had, we could have been dead and buried at half time. I say stick with Kelv, as I think he's a good keeper and will save us lots of points this year.
I think you meant "live IN the past", well I remember the past and some of it was not that good to be reminded of, I live in the present and like what I see, I look forward to the future, and KD is part of that as far as I can see, until we get someone at least as good if not better.
