Sounds a good idea.....if you poke it a few times with a big stick (from a distance of course) and get it really angry....it would surely scare the living daylights out of the players and they would beat anyone....and then hope that Sunderland beat Southend.

The chief characteristic of Argyle’s form over the last two seasons has been long runs. Long runs of poor form interspersed with long runs of good form. While you don’t want the good runs to end, Adams seems incapable of ending poor runs, to get a couple of draws to stop the rot. It’s too late for that now though. Three points is essential next week, by hook or by crook. The last time I said Adams should be sacked you went on that amazing run last season.

    Sack him now!

I think the supporters at the game will take a big stick to the coaches and players.
It will be an interesting week in training to be sure.

It's the players that are on the pitch. Where are the leaders out there? Wotton was one.....

Been reading the match comments on pasoti....whew....a lot of adverse feeling....Adams lost a lot of support today....so many felt embarrassed by the performance....a long day in the cold and wet not helped by a long trip home....how can this team recoup to win on Saturday and stay in this Division with the help of Sunderland.

Adams refused to do an interview after the match and no one else in the management obliged....reporters left waiting.

Today or another now yesterday was my 70th birthday. I've had a couple of bottles of wine this evening but it has done nothing to change my opinion or anything else this evening. Get rid of the poison that is Adams and just let nature take it's course. We cannot get any worse.

It was an awful performance in front of 800+ fans (inc me) who deserve better.

Bet Adams won't offer to give the travelling faithful their money back like other clubs have in the course of this season.

Not for Adams to do that is it Sensible? That would the Club's decision.

Neither is it reasonable to whip up controversy as the rag Plymouth Herald is doing because nobody spoke to the press after such a dire performance. It's common in all sports: indeed it happens to the Mighty Sky Sports when things have gone wrong for PL clubs in televised games watched by millions. The only exception I know of is F1, where the drivers are contractually obliged to speak to the world's media in the "bull pit" after each and every race.

Nevetheless, we are going down. There isn't a hope in hell we'll get anything from Scunthorpe.

Congratulations young man....not a good way to celebrate it for sure.

But all isn't lost yet....keep Adams and Wotton away from the players this coming week....most teams seem to do well against Scunthorpe and we must be one of them.....then hope Sunderland are trying hard to finish third and have the easier semi against Doncaster.

But whatever happens Adams time is finished next Saturday.

If there are things... 'happening'...at Home Park....and the players are involved and it is not just the management that are to blame....then we need to know....most of us are venting our feelings against Adams at the moment because we can see how his style of play is failing....but once upon a time it worked....so should things be dealt with in the open....because what is happening at the moment clearly isn't working.

Braved it ....and have just watched the YouTube highlights (or Low)....couldn't help but notice the centre line looked more like a badly ploughed up field.....seen better road verges around here than that diabolical pitch....isn't there a basic standard for League 1 pitches to maintain.

Looked a soft penalty and No2 goal took a deflection.....but for the other goals our defence just weren't at the races....how can they be so bad......78 goals scored against us,and still one more match.... wow that is embarrassing.

PS.....You have to go back to 1994/5 season when we let in 83 goals and dropped into the bottom tier for the first time.
