Squad for next year: 1. Allison 2. Back up goalie 3. TAA 4. Back up right back 5. Gomez 6. VvD 7. Matip 8. Lovren 9. Robertson 10. Back up left back 11. Hendo 12. Keita 13. Windy 14. Fabinho 15. Ox 16. Shaq 17. Lallana's replacement (possibly Wilson) 18. Milner (or his replacement) 19. Firmino 20. Mane 21. Salah 22. Origi (assuming they offer contract) 23. Brewster. As I see it, Brewster and possibly Wilson promoted to first team squad. Back up goalie is only going to play Cups games so, i'd go with promoting from reserves. Therefore the only players we will be looking to buy in summer are back up full backs, and maybe at a push, another midfielder. I think it's going to be a quietish summer transfer for the reds.
17th of May or so Wikipedia tells me English window opens after the season is finished. However the European window doesn't open till 1st June. So English clubs can buy off each other but not European clubs. (well the player can't sign until the 1st June) Buying off clubs outside of Europe is a whole other complicated story. Depends on their transfer windows, but most fall between June and September.
We need a keeper that is competent to pay in first team. If Allison gets injured can’t go in with a under 21 keeper as only option.
I don't think it will tbh maybe us but not the team There's no chance any of our main players are going anywhere this window. If anything there will be more than a few players waiting to bite klopps hand off should he go after them. Were good this window
One wing back that can cover both flanks (not necessarily at same time) would be #1 on my signing list.
Jurgen Klopp is looking to bring two new signings in this summer after discovering he will be given a modest transfer budget, reports say. Liverpool spent £163m last year on the likes of Alisson and Naby Keita, but the Reds look likely to have a quieter window this time round. Despite being linked with RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner and Bayer Leverkusen’s Julian Brandt, Liverpool will not sign any players who will be more expensive than the £13m they spent on Xherdan Shaqiri report the Metro . That is according to BBC journalist David Ornstein, who claims Klopp will focus on signing a back-up left-back and striker this summer. Alberto Moreno and Nathaniel Clyne will leave Liverpool this summer and Klopp will need to bring in cover for his first-choice full-backs, Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold. Daniel Sturridge is also tipped for a summer exit, which will prompt Klopp to find an attacker. Klopp wants a versatile forward who can play across a front three, rather than an out-and-out number nine.
So we’re broke or we are front runners to sign De Ligt, werner, Brandt et al Journo’s hedging their bets because they don’t have a f#cking clue?
exactly. thus guy has taken his cue off two things. first klopps said there's be less signings and second hes read our ffp stuff previously. as such he's then completely made.up a click bait 13mil like shaqiri bargain bucket thing. hackery at its finest. rehash and liberally sprinkle with click bait.
