tbh no idea how good he is, don't really know much about him (frankly nothing at all really). But lets look at it this way, Swansea have finished 10th in the Championship (not even in the Playoffs) and nobody has really talked about him or Swansea this season.

So he could be good, but I highly doubt that. Looks a poor decision imo.

I'd have understood the sacking if they were to go out and get a better manager, even if it didn't work out the intention would be to want to take the club to the next level where they're not just scraping survival.
This appointment seems to be an acceptance they'll probably be relegated.

I had expected them to have lined up someone half decent since they made the call to do it probably.months ago and tjey go for a guy who's less experience.

 

Actually he could be a very good appointment. No guarantees of course. Will be more progressive than Hughton for sure. Came to Swansea from Scandinavia. Took a bit of time to adapt. Not helped by asset stripping U.S. owners.
