You don't get to a million posts without some repetition.

 

Almost everything on here has been said before as football is so limited you can't write a lot about it without repeating yourself over and over. Even what I have just said I have written before on numerous occasions and I have had numerous responses from people all saying the thing. Football discussions are a bit like book plots there are only a handful of themes: we was robbed; crap ref; great game; we need new players; we're doomed; the managers got to go; we are staying up/going up; that was/was not off side; money's ruining the game; Pompey are ****. To make a million post out of such paucity takes some doing so we are all to be congratulated.

My contribution to the total number of posts is 0.000 01%. That is because I can't be arsed to comment half the time or I am too busy to do so.

 

If Gao is a money launderer - and I’ve suspected since the beginning that he may be - let’s hope he’s in the same mold as Roman Abramovic

 

I like the new kit. Wasn’t too sure at first but it’s a grower, and looks quite distinctive. For me, it hits the balance between originality while not looking hideous.

I also like the promo video, but I’ve always been a fan of both the mocumentary style, and of saints recent history of releasing quirky kit launch videos. Anyone remember the deliberately OTT launch video, that I believe was then lifted in its entirety by an Italian team.

 

That was my favourite. And as for kits....the bar was set so low by the hankie kit that all subsequent kits are acceptable
