The PM has rejected calls to quit over her handling of Brexit, saying it is "not an issue about me".

Theresa May was replying to Tory Brexiteer Andrea Jenkyns, who said she had "failed to deliver on her promises" on Brexit and had lost public trust.

Calls have been growing for the prime minister to name an exit date.

The PM's spokesman said she had already promised to leave after delivering the first stage of Brexit and was sticking to that "generous and bold offer".

Mrs May has agreed to address a meeting of the 1922 Committee - an elected body of MPs which represents backbenchers and oversees leadership contests - next week.

Its chairman, Sir Graham Brady, met the prime minister on Tuesday to raise MPs' concerns about her leadership and her handling of the Brexit process.

Sir Graham told the BBC he believed Theresa May would ask MPs to vote again on the terms of the UK's exit before elections to the European Parliament on 23 May.
Her withdrawal agreement has effectively been rejected by MPs three t

I think you should stay, out of the 88 players that played in last weeks semi finals,8 were English but no English/British managers, surely that would tell you something.

some Labour frontbenchers called for an immediate halt to the talks, raising questions over whether Mr Corbyn could win approval from his party for any deal.

bollocks like that worries me and it is for all parties. not voting for something just because of person in charge !!

its about the welfare of this ****ing country not if you like or don't like a ****ing person!!!!!!

I sense a clear MR corbyn plase sit odwn message here.

The labour party made ok performance in local elections. they wanted to do better. They are being HAMMERED in the polls for eu elections with protests votes going to both extremes.

I'm fairly sure the labour party want to put on a remain hat and get votes here.

Boris Johnson in No 10 will be a fitting finale to this dark decade
Watch: May tells MPs - you have a choice (Sky)
Editor’s note: The opinions in this article are the author’s, as published by our content partner, and do not represent the views of MSN or Microsoft.

Armageddon awaits. Boris Johnson is heading for No 10 and there is nothing dishonest, disreputable or even scandalous enough that he can do to stop his party choosing him now. They know of his lies, laziness and narcissism, but they don’t care. After a crushing humiliation at the polls in Thursday’s EU election, where the Tory vote may fall to single figures, this drowning party will clutch for the straw-headed showman to save them from triumphant Faragists. Well, Prime Minister Johnson would provide a fitting finale to this ever-darkening decade.
A measure of the demented state of the Conservatives is the number of hats in the ring for this most poisonously impossible job. Who would want to lead a paralysed government with no majority and a party that is a nest of vipers? Anyone applying should be disqualified on grounds of diminished responsibility.

so may's loony cabinet has approved some form of "bold" deal of heres which we will.... well sometime in june might have a vote on it.

    so

    a) apparently its designed to fish for a few labour votes
    b) why are we not sitting and voting NOW ASAP.
    c) why would labour so anything but vote this down for pure politicial gain? it obviously cannot met their goals anyway right?
    d) when will may then go and will it mean GE directly after?

Seriously this is all a giant waste of time.

Throwing milk at politicians, who knows where it will lead. Next it will be eggs then maybe a bag of flour and before we know it someone has been battered.

may has retired to der fuhrer bunker to command operations having given some medals earlier ro the tory youth fighting the great final eu campaign.

she's hunkered down and refusing meetings.

she's kinda like cercei lannister except she's got no qyburn to tell her she's out of scorpions and the red keep has been breached.

Its a protest vote day for most. i don't know that a lot of young will turn out frankly. I think the turn out may be tiny.

If you get the opportunity to actually vote in a GE before this thing happens then thats different.
