But harsh on Salah and Mane who have both scored a few from outside the box but I get your point. Have to remember that or current system isn't about CMs being offensive / creative, that's the FBs jobs.
He's another that was destroyed by that arrogant Portugese ****. I reckon he's got a point to prove and would thrive under Klopp.
Agree with Zanjinho reminds me of Sturridge more interested in off the field stuff like making a rap career and fashion labels then actually playing football. Not the sort of character I would want in the dressing room.
Bad attitude is worse than being a poor player. Hazard is a great example; great player when he wants to be, absolute disgrace that will rot from within when he doesn't want to be.
Hazard has carried that Chelsea team for 2 years. Wouldn’t say he rots the club from within, more a case of when he plays poor the whole team play poor because he is pretty much the definition of a one man team.
He also drags it down and gets managers sacked. Player of the season when Jose last won the league with them, following season he was ****e until Mourinho got sacked and suddenly becoming a world beater again.
Is that his fault? The fact that Mourinho is **** everywhere in his 3rs year would suggest it’s more the manager being the issue than the player. Pogba was **** then Mourinho got sacked and he went and scored 9 goals for ogs. Firmino was poor under Rodgers, got sacked and has been brilliant under klopp. Just because a good player was in poor form, doesn’t mean he’s sulking and dragging the team down. Like I said because he’s so vital when he is in a poor run of form the team wil suffer because they are so reliant on him
Bollox. Hazard isn't worthy of a relegation team when sulking. He's a **** and would be the first name out the door if I were their manager #****attitude
Nah...I don’t buy this. Some players are like a cancer when they don’t get their own way.....Hazard and Pogba are two of the worst for it. It’s not remotely fair to mention Bobby under Rogers in the same breath.
I disagree. I think there is something similar to Mo Salah there. Personally when Mo Salah was linked, I dismissed it. I thought Salah was another Markovic, too light, not aggressive enough, best steer clear. Thank **** I got that wrong and I was delighted I was wrong. The reason I was sceptical was because I was let down by players too many times. Bentley being one example. However there has been occasions when I was right though. Bobby Firmino being one example. He's a very good player, has always been a very good player. He was played out of position by Rodgers. This may sound strange to some but I've always been a Jordan Henderson fan. I believe he really adds something because he's not just mobile, he's freakishly mobile. He has boundless energy. The moral of the story is don't knock players until at least two seasons done.
Bobby Firmino was played wide right under Rodgers. Klopp has him playing exactly where he was at Hoffenheim. He's neither a centre forward or a 10. He's also given licence to drift due to flexibility of the front 3. I was once on a forum with idiots obsessed with starting positions. In a Klopp team, starting positions particularly in the forward area mean absolutely nothing. It's flexible not rigid and the front are allowed to interchange. The same idiots are obsessed with best 11s. Liverpool under Klopp do not have a best 11. They cannot have a best 11, due the constant rotation in midfield. Secondly there is no best midfield either. There will never ever be a best midfield. There is too much rotation. There is a midfield for individual games. It's a midfield chosen based on tactics deployed.
