maybe, sorry, but the judges seemed to love him so what do I know. But, doing a Darth Vader impression and waving a ketchup bottle around like a light saber and saying "use the sauce, Luke" is his best material?!
Well as it happens I liked it - a bit biased maybe, but I have known him for over 30 years and seen the graft that has gone on to continue and actually make a living off it. A genuinely funny guy - if you ever had a beer with him you would see that. He is a bit old school - but he is 58 now! I'm glad that he got to go on National TV to do his stuff - he deserves it for the hard work over the last 30 odd years - I know others do too, but he is my mate so I'll take that
Always wanted to go to Sweden. Also, being of my ethnic mix, normally whenever I go to Europe (Spain, Italy, Greece etc), people always think I am one of the locals...don't think that would happen to me in Sweden
I have a plan to go to Sweden across the bridge/tunnel from Denmark as soon as I can get away. Only went to Malmo once when I lived there and that was to see the inside of a hotel too!
If he’s flying into Copenhagen then definitely yes, though if he’s getting the train it’s actually rather disappointing!

Seriously, I am not posting this video just to piss off Fran. I don't like Beemer Minis either. However, BMW are starting to produce the Electric Mini at Oxford, so it's worth a peek. Even if it is so choppily edited that you effectively see nothing. A couple of other things. As far as I know, it outperforms the standard Mini. That's not a big deal as most EVs comfortably outperform their FFV counterparts. But its range is 120 miles! FFS, BMW that is soooo piss-poor. In 2014, a 120 mile range would have been accepted, but this is 5 years later and EVs have to have ranges getting towards the 200 mile mark, as a minimum. Even in the UK. 200 miles may never be needed for this type of car, but if there's one thing drivers need it's peace of mind. The thing better not be £30K or they'll sell about 3 and then say there's no demand. This is what you get from a company that is lagging behind. There are better options already. Told you I didn't like it.
Here's something interesting which I'd like a response on. You can just tell me if you've seen anything from mainstream media about this. The Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services [IPBES] reported that [a quick summary of findings] "Nature is declining globally at rates unprecendented in human history - and the rate of species extinctions is accelerating, with grave impacts on people around the world now likely... [more than one million animal and plant species]... are now threatened with extinction, many within decades, more than ever before in human history." I ask because I knew about the report from second hand sources online, but I saw nothing on mainstream media. Apparently, in the USA it was reported on 3 national media outlets, out of 22. One of the 3 was Fox News which heaped skepticism and ridicule on it. This is a United Nations department, ffs. No wonder Americans don't have a clue when their own media actually pooh-pooh UN reports. https://www.ipbes.net/news/Media-Release-Global-Assessment
