Although I have already had my selection, can I also say that we will play Millwall home and away midweek, Preston away in the winter and Boro away midweek.
Caerdydd away. Then a series of home games til the 17th. Selfish as I have a wedding in bristol on the 3rd, will head to Cornwall for a holiday on the 5th (Plymouth away in the Cup would work for the 6th). Staying in London on the 17th before back out on 18th.
Less than 48 hours to go and the tension is palpable. QPR fans from around the world saturate the contention ratios of ISPs in order to get their predictions on this thread! COYRss!
Brentford home or away would be ironic and also very interesting. As Warburton tends to start well, then we may have a positive "new manager effect" for a change, BRENTFORD (AWAY)
With those fixtures I expect, nay demand, that we will be unbeaten until well into October and lead the table by a minimum of 7 points.
Congratulations to Quite Possibly Raving. Next time you are at LR, given me a p.m and the beer is on me! Well guessed!!
Away on the first game of the season, away on the last and away on boxing day. November and February don't look too good either. Also we're away to Swansea and Cardiff mid-week and away to Wigan on a Friday and only two home games in our last six. If you was asked to come up with the worst schedule I don't think anyone would've come up with a fixture list as bad as this.
Well I’ve looked at the schedule in depth and analysed the teams we will be facing. I can’t see any difficult games and now fully expect us to win the league with maximum points. This week I will be mostly licking toads.
With you.... I was never going to be able to go on the 3rd but was hopeful of some kindness on 10 or 17. I leave Bristow on 16th to meet folk in London on 17th for my birthday .... grrrr
