I can’t speak highly enough of the Stroke wards at HRI. Even though my Dad didn’t make it, the care and dignity he was shown in his final hours was humbling. Politics doesn’t come into this at all. Whatever will be, will be, but you are in great hands John. Good luck.
Ditto for my Mum and her ultimately fatal brain haemorrhage. The care was thoroughly outstanding. Lots of respect for all nursing staff, It’s not a job I could do.
Not a thing you want to happen to anyone. Get well soon. Nice to see on the news they were full of praise for the HRI and the stroke ward. They do a fantastic job.
All the best to him, hope he makes a good recovery. My parents knew him well from his shop steward days on the ferries. Once he climbed the political ladder he never seemed to forgot those on the way up and he was always a gentleman to my parents, entertaining at the HOC once DPM as well. Always made time. Mr. Chu's takings might go down now though.
