Ox blew up half way round after those two dropped out.

Lallana and gomez and milner made it through level 18 and lallana left it there (not bad but not as good as last year)

Milner ran the guts out of gomez who struggled round the last level in his wake.

but... if he knew his.limits all he's done is ensure he has to work twice as hard in training now.

ox tried to keep going and fell out on half lap which says to me he really should know better.

lallana stopped as well.

gomez was manning up with Milner and I was interested to see Milner kicking the lad round first bend to make sure he wasn't second...

good for gomez but Milner is a beast.

Would love to see a full first team lactic test. Mo and Mane were pretty fit last season with Salah ready to go another round.

I reckon Milner would win the lot anyway but it's be interesting to see who would be worst

 

Worst is Shaqiri, he has the highest leg muscle to body weight ratio

 

he's all muscle that little ****.
