Cookie, perhaps O'Dowda is the backup plan if Knockeart deal doesn't happen. I'd prefer Knockeart as he has been there and done it, a fine player too.
Much talk of Serri to Gala, loan deal imminent according to Gala announcement.
I'm not sure who we may be after from Spuds as part of the deal, I can't see Rose wanting to drop a division.
    Time will tell as ever.

Seri to Gala is done and due to be announced tomorrow apparently £1.5 mill loan fee with an option to buy for £18 mill.
Rumours the Spurs player could be Wanyama but his wages would be to high same as Rose and Jansson, it must be a youngster I would have thought!

Looks like we will find out, which is pretty exciting to say the least.

Certainly better than Hails, Haag and Baah, for those of us with long memories.

Anguissa is rumoured to be off to Villarreal on loan!! I’m gutted at this thought he was going to be a massive player for us this year! Gives the Besic rumours some sense.

Bale is available as a loan if we need a backup winger.

Play him at left back and push Joe Bryan up.

Bale?, isn't he the lad who used to clean Scotty's boots......
I'd rather have Bobby Bale from the Nags Head XI, oh when he is sober of course.

I was Hoping for a Centre Mid and a centre back but with Anguissa off maybe we may need two centre mids now....

    Cairney - O’Riely / De la torra
    Stef Jo - ? ( Arter)
    McDonald - ? ( Besic)

I suppose it depends on how much the club rate the young guys plus we still have cisse, but we def need one in!!

I wonder if we do sell Angussia that Calum Chambers might be interested in signing permanently ? But with Koschielny wanting to leave I wonder if Arsenal will sell, they have played him in their Friendlies.

Anguissa has officially left, gone to Villarreal on loan with an option to buy! Wonder if we have a replacement lined up who we were just waiting for Anguissa to leave before completing??

There were reports we had some options and I'd be surprised if that wasn't the plan. I think will will also have the right quality too if our business so far is anything to go by. I think we have players to cover but need a couple of prime starters, but only a couple. Hopefully we have learnt that last minute panic buying is better placed for Christmas stockings.

What a dreadful 24hrs which has me panicking a little. I have mentioned a few times I would be happy with two more additions, a centre mid (Arter) and a centre back (Hector), so what has happened in the last 24 hours....
    Anguissa centre mid leaves
Mawson best centre back hobbles off
Stef Jo centre mid hobbles off

Mawson injured? Well I never. I said at the end of last season they should have got rid. Might have talent but as he is injured so often he is not worth keeping. A good, solid defender to replace him should have been in the plans because it is pointless thinking he will play for more than 8 or 9 games a season.

Apparently we are one a couple of clubs chasing Arter if reports are to be believed... slot of those reports also state Arter will be allowed to leave when Bournemouth sign Phillip Billing.... well last night a fee was agreed for Billing and a medical is due today... so either to us or someone else Arter is likely to be on the move soon!
