I was listening to Talk Sport yesterday and a father and son from Leeds were interviewed. The son said that he had never seen Leeds play in the premiership however he felt confident that they could get promotion as long as they held onto their manager. He said it would be nice to experience the Premiership as he has experienced championship and league one football. His dad said it would be nice to see Leeds back where they belong...….I struggled with this because surely they are exactly where they belong in the championship!!.

Yes, whilst it was one of the worst decisions ever made by a dancing whistle blower, it was amusing.

Celtic rang rings round Rangers, winning 2-0 - don't think Forster had a save to make whole game. Hayes came on as sub and scored a good second in injury time, after Edouard had put them ahead in first half. One of the Rangers players, obviously frustrated, wiped out Lustig I think and got sent off in injury time, with a few handbags flashed about. Lennon jumping around like he had ants in his pants.

That's the title pretty much settled already - Rangers are a long way off the level that Celtic are at the moment.

Lots of people in various shades of green in the local pubs yesterday - think all the fellas in blue and orange were at home beating their wivea as usual after these matches - I really don't like the Old Firm!!

I see Conor Masterson started for the Ireland U21's in their 1-0 win in the European qualifying game tonight against Armenia in Tallaght Stadium.

Don't know much about this Kosovo team in Englands' group, but they seem to be a bit handy,....just beaten Czech Republic and are now top of the group - may present a few problems when England face them on Tuesday (although I'd still expect England to get all three points)

Most players from the old Yugoslav countries are usually very good on the ball, the stats on that match were 60/40 to the Czechs on possession and 12/10 on shots. We did the Czechs 5-0 so should be too good for the Kosovans but football is a funny game as they say...

There's the first for England - Kane again, having already had one ruled out for offside.

Desperate times for the once classy Bulgaria, they look devoid of any quality players the likes of Stoichkov or Berbatov, now sat with a deep defence and hardly any attacking output

Just watching the highlights - embarassing, Belgium could've had double figures. Lots of boos from the home crowd.....
