I hope this may be helpful to any Birmingham fans who may visit this site, please pass on the info to other sites.. There are ongoing roadworks on the A52 around the Pride Park slip roads [both directions], lane closures are causing long delays and I would advise avoiding this as an approach to Pride Park. For fans who will travel by road to Derby for the game on November 3rd, there are 2 sites available to away fans 100 and 400 yards from the stadium at £6 per car/van [sorry no coaches]. Assuming most will travel via the M42/A42, I would advise that you exit at the A6 and approach Derby via Chellaston/Alvaston, at the Alvaston/Derby Ring Road island go straight across in the left hand lane and likewise at the next island into London Road, go to the next island which is signed for PRIDE PARK>>>, turn right here and go to the next island [Merlin Pub] and turn right and go along the front of the stadium to the next island. Go straight over this island into RIVERSIDE ROAD, about 60 yards on the right is the FRENGER SYSTEMS car park, this is handier for the elderly and less able supporters. For those who may wish to eat/drink before the game, continue along Riverside Road to the last unit on the left hand side, the PRIDE VETERINARY CENTRE car park is handier for the away friendly hostelries [ask an attendant for details]. When leaving this car park after the game turn left and then left at the island, go straight across the next island and you are on the road back towards London Road. I hope this helps, have a safe journey.
UPDATE: The parking sites for Birmingham fans for the game on 28th September are as above and the parking charge remains the same at £6, I would advise using the same approach [M42/A42/A6] as there are still problems on the A52 approach, the entry slip road to Pride Park has just been re-opened but the adjacent exit slip road will be closed until Summer 2020. If you have any queries regarding the above details let me know and I will try to help.
