Was a red like. It wasn't reckless and he won the ball but it was bloody dangerous and potentially damaging to the other player, that's why he's gone. Whilst I like Hayden and his performances in the 2nd half of last season were pretty decent with Longstaff, in my opinion he's never far away from a yellow or a red, he's just that type of player. He likes to tackle and a lot of times he gets it right and a lot of the time it's great to see....i do whince quite a bit tho when you can see it coming a mile off and think "this ain't gonna end up well for us".

I didn't watch the match, i'd just applied a coat of paint and was mesmerised, so can't comment on the tackle. Was Praet any good? I seem to remember Rafa wanting him but being told NO.

 

Well, he was considerably better than at least 11 players on that pitch. Leicester really are that “and here’s what you could have won” team. Murphy instead of Maddison, prats instead of Praet, we really are just relegation in waiting.
