Top performance tbh. After the first minute we only conceded a couple more chances - this still concerns me tbh but by and large, we dominated that match.

 

Our game against Manchester city is now crucial, hope we beat Aston Villa on Saturday.

 

We deserved to win 100%. Over 90 minutes we had to score against a flaky Spurs team. If they are not careful they will return to the Spurs of old.

The important thing was 3 points and still in the box seat. We really shouldn't be losing such a lead even over the next 28 matches. On our form, the title is still ours to lose. No premature celebration but just a statement of fact.

 

There were a few periods where he made a lot of saves, but a lot of them were at him. Better finishing and we would have had a typical Arsenal scenario and got about 5.

 

Was watching on a very poor stream commentary by Keys and that other fella - losing 1-0. Sacked that stream off got an NBC stream and hey ho

Once again an opposition keeper has a worldie. Really enjoyed the game and delighted with the result.

 

Let’s all hope that Kane is ok. He looked in such bad shape after Lovren ‘assaulted’ him.

it’s funny how some players will never get criticised for going down too easily.

 

Funny thing was the highlights i watched on you tube showed an identical challenge on Salah and the pundit said how great challenge it was just to put him off.
Very rare are those given but yes Kane did make a meal of it

Just thought i'd mention that Hendersons finish was very controlled so many would just lash at it .
Yesterday didn't really notice as i was too busy celebrating

 

yeah didn’t look pretty as was awkward height and hit into ground and sort of bobbled in, but technically it was a very good strike. Weaker foot, knee over the ball, kept it low and into far corner. Was a very good finish

 

all i saw yesterday was ball in net

 

p.s. Mane is a crafty little bugger.Gets up to some sly things during games.Sometimes a team needs someone like that to "break the ice!" Ask Klopp.....

Seen various pundits in the media say similar since too. I'm **** at headers but even I'd have scored that, he was about 4yrds out from a empty net ffs

 

Seen a few defend Gazzinga for not moving on the penalty by saying he takes a little jump just before Salah strikes it. I'm sorry, but who made him poorly time his jump? Salah didn't stutter his run up, it was easy to get the timing right.

 

Don't you dare question Sir Kane (His future knighthood is a given), quality finish and required outstanding movement, anticipation and deftness of touch.

I'm not buying the Gazzaniga world class idea though, the overwhelming majority of our shots were right at him. His save from Trent was maybe the one good one he made that I can recall. Also agree with Zanjinho, his penalty 'attempt' was pitiful from what was a garbage penalty.
