    Inmates have their own way of dispensing justice to those they feel deserve it. I think he may find out one day, if he's found guilty that is.

    I started the thread mate and I agree with you. There's a lot of things that shouldn't have been said.

    Sometimes emotions run away with themselves and I think that's what happened here.

    Hmm. Yet I thought politics was banned on here. A discussion of the merits or otherwise of capital punishment is without doubt a political discussion.

    Those days are long gone mate .. think you'll find they have to convince a weak kneed CPS that there is sufficient evidence to pass the threshold for being able to charge someone, and believe me that isnt easy. Too many people seem to think it's the police's fault someone isnt charged these days without knowing the true facts. Just glad they have sufficient evidence to take this matter to court and let a jury decide on the outcome. Remember to prove guilt you require the evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt .. the CPS obviously feel there is enough now to do that.
