That would include all of the Harrison bashers. Thank **** I didn't have to read through some of the comments on here during the game. <ok>

Norway I think just chose the wrong word and meant the abuse that has been aimed at Alioski sometimes. <ok>

Right off to work. Seeing that we all live in a much sensitive, apologetic world, I better add that everyone has a right to have an opinion regarding the team or individual players. I just sometimes don't understand the kneejerk reaction during games and the flak that players get, even if the match has only begun. Bielsa is either a very lucky manager or he actually knows whats he doing and he trusts the players at his disposal. Anyway top at the moment and a bit of a gap between 2nd and third. <ok>

There is a huge misconception among fans about how great of a chance a corner is to score a goal. Everyone gets excited when there is a corner and this excitement is vastly misplaced. Because on average you need about 70 corners to score one goal:emoticon-0148-yes:

That’s all well and good Norway, but the Quality of corners have to be better, Even more in our case due to lack of height in our team.

As the old saying goes "short corners for short players"

I do agree on that:emoticon-0148-yes: I don't think we look dangerous inside the box and that is not only on corners. On freekicks and crosses it’s the same thing, we don’t attack the ball or there is no-one there at the end of it.

I also think we are fare to slow going forwards and don’t put enough pressure on the oppositions defence:emoticon-0148-yes:

You are right should have said it differently. But it was meant to be said with tongue in check and aid at all the abuse he gets:emoticon-0148-yes:

A player doesn't necessarily need to be tall to be good in the air, Gary Speed is a good example, he had a good spring.
We're getting the job done this year, as someone said, like Norwich did last year. I'd love to see us smash someone 4 or 5 but I'll take 1-0 every week if it takes us up.
    Long may it continue

And long corners for long players. When I played I only ever went up for long corners:emoticon-0105-wink:

Well we just got there, had resigned myself that we were heading for a goalless draw and then bang........ecstasy :1980_boogie_down:

    Positives

    Another late goal winner.
    Three points.
Upped our game in the second-half.
Dallas thunderous dipping shot against the bar.
    Kiko's saves
The break for the goal with pace.
Costa's immediate cross even though it took a deflection which helped our cause for a change.
Harrison started the move & then ran the full length of the pitch to head in a wonderful header in the 87th minute.
Ben White's immaculate display, not only our sublime defender but our best midfielder too!
Kalvin Phillips was involved in so much, one or two loose passes but we'd desperately miss him if he wasn't there.
    Costa showing better form.
Alioski, what a difference he made.
Costa, Alioski & Harrison are a serious pace threat as oppose to Klich, Roberts & Harrison.
We shut that drummer up in their singing end :emoticon-0138-think :emoticon-0127-lipss

    Negatives

    Pedestrian first-half.
Every move seem to breakdown in the final third, passing in that area was woeful.
Cooper's weak header, his neck saved by the alert Kiko, could have cost us in the first few minutes.
    Ayling poor.
    Pablo not at the races.
    Roberts awful.
    Klich ineffective once again.
Bamford apart from a few defensive headers, nothing up top although the service was dreadful.
No player attacks at the ball at numerous corners.
Until his two moments of glory in the space of less than 30 seconds Harrison was poor.
We made Reading look better than they are.
Not a great performance by any means.
