I am no medical expert but I do know that a badly bruised big toe can be very awkward, it is surprising how important it is for general balance. No doubt padding and pain killers could get him through, but at the risk of making it even worse.
We may have had some favourable decisions from VAR but get no luck with injuries, Boufal was surely in line for a start tomorrow...
The form of him, JWP and Redders is a mystery and a big part of the reason why we are struggling as they were the heartbeat of the team after Ralph first came in. JWP and Redders were in line for England call ups but I can't see them getting anywhere near selection currently.
I am going to the match, therefore Saints will win. It has been decreed. Should this not come to pass, please reboot reality as it is clearly on the blink.
Am I the only person who thinks it's a bit ****ty having games across 3 platforms? I mean, if you wanted all of it legitimately it'd probably cost in excess of a grand a year.
3 platforms but still a monopoly over the games each of them show... I would much rather have them compete to earn views by having a good service(good commentators, highlights etc) than competing on who can get the exclusive rights. But I guess there's just not as much money in it.
The games are all on the usual foreign channels too, so streams, including IPTV SP will be available as usual.
I realise that. The problem is not with football, or even the Premier League, but with the outdated system we live under.
I have an amazon prime subscription so for once I'm good. But I can understand the frustration for those who actually have a sports package with sky and BT and want to watch matches legitimately.
At least with amazon there's no minimum term contract so you can just subscribe for the month they have matches you want to watch which is slightly better I guess.
Think it comes in at about £600 for me. Would be a little cheaper if I didn't pay for UHD and multi-room. I wouldn't pay that if I only wanted it for the football, but I watch so much other sport too (cricket and tennis in particular). Fortunately that does include currently getting BT Sport for free. I think in about 6 months time that is due to stop for me. So given that they've lost the tennis to Amazon, and I don't tend to get into the Champions League until the KO stages, I would probably decide to cancel it rather than pay. But yes, having three platforms involved isn't ideal.
There are some interesting points here but I cannot help thinking that we have not yet seen the best of Stuart Armstrong If he is fit, I would rather see him play than the off-form PEH.
