Spot on summation - he'd donned his cloak of invisibility and run full tilt, unseen and unobstructed by any runner/marker to leap against a static defender. A great centre forwards goal.
When TC gets injured, the Fulham fans are probably just happy that George Honeyman isn’ their only option to replace him.
It was a foul. Unless they've changed the rules and I missed it, you're not allowed to use an opponent as a climbing frame to assist your chances of scoring a goal.
Been lurking for a few years but cant help myself. KLP has had just a few minutes of play and has managed score two goals. Eaves has played most of the season and has a paltry haul. Yes apparently Eaves has other attributes to offer but its goals that win matches. Surely its time to gives KLP an extended run of complete games to see whether he is for real or not.. Sorry I will go back to lurking and leave you guys to it.
Well I would but City get me really excited about their prospects then turn in a display like yesterday so I go back to being a plastic supporter and commiserate with myself by seeing how Maguire and Robertson are doing. And soon probably how Bowen is doing at hopefully somewhere better than Newcastle.
Good call. He was notorious to the extent that even Giles Brandreth wasn't safe. Well, according to Giles Brandreth that is.
Remember Rory McGrath saying the same, Frankie used to chase him round the office. Bit ironic in the end for rory
What an exotic set up it must have been on the set during those Carry On films. Sid knobbing Babs Hattie and John Le Mesurier with the lover in the attic Charles Hawtrey and Kenneth Williams both cravat wearers. And Frankie H .... big unit who wouldn't take no for an answer.
The way KLP leaps really reminds me of the former Tiger and Northern Irish goal scoring legend that is Stuart Elliott.
