    Question for you all
I was given the Spurs Shirt book for Christmas, a weighty tome crammed full of match worn shirts
Does anyone remember our home shirt in the 66/67 season having the cockerel standing on a brown ball instead of the normal blue
This was only for the first month of the season
The later shirts had a patch badge that look like my nan sewed it on
I know it's a longshot so Maggie and Big Smithy get your brains in gear

Just looked at my programme file for 66/7. Some of the badges are hidden by the white shirts. But there is a picture of Phil Beal. His shirt has the Cockerel above a ball. Can't see the colour. But a photo a few games later has just the shield on players shirts.
Something else I noticed.Spurs always had a photo of the visiting teams in the programmes. The away programmes didn't show the Spurs team.Damned cheek!!!!!

    I've certainly changed mine!
Well down the league, by the way - not my proudest predicting days!
Where are they all now, I wonder!
Is anyone owning up to their specific change of name? I will if you will, eh?
