One of the (many) problems of our celebrity culture. Fame takes precedence over proper skill and entertainment.
Waited and waited for our game to be shown on MOTD, looking forward to the in depth analysis that they afforded such greats as Northampton Town. Gave up and went to sleep. Watched the goals this morning by going almost to the end of the programme. Why do the BBC dislike us so much?
Highlight on the news of the Liverpool kids wonder goal but no mention of us or Scowens supreme strike. We are not worthy.
I'll take that. Reminds me of my first season. 1966-67. My debut game was a 6-0 win against Doncaster. then 5-1 against Grimsby, 4-2 against Swansea, and 3-0 vs Bristol Rovers. The rest is history with Third Division title, League Cup, and the following season, promotion to the First Division with the win at Villa Park on the last day. Don't remember us conceding quite as many
Great win, but Swans players accused of not trying by their manager after the game. Elsewhere, manager after manager droning on about ‘priorities’ for fielding second string teams. The Forest manager put out an academy team at Chelsea. Only Ancelotti tore into his strong team beaten by a scratch Liverpool 11. FA Cup winners should get one of the two qualifying places in the Champions League. That would perk up some attitudes.
I have just seen the goals for the first time. There a few crackers, but that Scowen shot is amazing!
Highlights of some great FA Cup goals at half-time on BBC tonight ... but apparently none of ours were neither worthy or great! WTF There were at least three to choose from!!!

There's a poll on BBC website for goal of the round.....Josh's has been included which is something, but us trailing way behind the Liverpool kids goal in the vote....
