Billy Clarke scores for Grimsby 14 minutes after coming on as a sub, cheeky 20 yard chip over the keeper to boot.

Hayden pays the price for trying to mark the speedy Byron Moore. Mission Impossible. Red card after 94 minutes.

Three nil away from home is one we will settle for. Sounded like a really good performance for the whole 90 minutes. The Hardie strike will shut a few up. Including me. Jephcott continues with his fabulous start. Life is good..............

To say euphoria has broken out is an understatement.

And so it should notdistant. What we have apart from the win today is a home grown striker who has scored 4 in 2 games. He is a kid with a future and has every chance to go forward both for us and for his own career. To top that, we have acquired a striker who a number of people were rubbishing before he had even got his coat off who scored on his debut after only being on the field for 4 minutes. So his record so far is played one scored one. What is not to get excited about. We have players who can score and other players who can line it up for them. To not get a play off place now would be a disaster. No pressure then.

I was thinking rather of the guy who tweeted that it was only 5 years before we'd be playing in the Champions League! Tongue in cheek of course (I presume).

    It seems Hardie is QUICK.

Just plain daft like the rest of us Joe............... No reason to be downhearted is there. We have strikers scoring and play makers making play and setting up the chances. Mayor apparently did well yesterday. Maybe he has been lacking an outlet for all of his dribbly runs. Bakinson has fitted in like a glove and can pass a ball and Cooper can cross in and get somebody on the end of it. Defence doing fairly well, midfield ticking and strikers scoring. That sounds like a package to me. Bound to be some who see a down side though as it is Argyle and there always is.

I'm not immune. I have tickets for Saturday, this team is a pleasure to watch. I want to see Jephcott, Bakison and Hardie. I love watching Major and Cooper and Moore. We've got players on the bench who can do it too. Randell is a star in the making. I can't remember feeling this positive.

Don't worry notdistant you'll soon get over it.................remember this IS Argyle. We have to be double down beat or else we aren't proper fans. Tis the Janner mindset.
