I hate them from the price and customer service side of things so would never pay for it.

Not the greatest at customer service but who is? They know no one can beat their internet so they charge for it.

I've tried other but end up going back to Virgin; three boys with Playstations etc so internet is the priority for me.

    It was frustrating for me.
I had a BT broadband package and it came free with that at first. It lagged constantly then jumped 30 or 40 seconds to catch up.
Well, ok if it's free I suppose, but then they wanted to charge me for it. I paid the fiver a month for a little while hoping the service would improve. It didn't, and then they increased the cost, so I kicked it into touch.
If you complain to them they just tell you it's your own fault and give you a list of hoops to jump through. My bandwidth and speed were perfectly adequate and no other streaming service suffered in the same way.
Plus they had Michael Owen, that was a deal-breaker.

No they’re talking about BT internet. Old people talk about British Gas because they need to keep warm in these deadly months. <ok>

Whereas young people can keep warm from their own copious hot air production.
