The interesting thing is there's now talk of having his replacement lined up before letting him leave Most likely this simply means make GLC's loan permanent, but of course there's always the chance... please log in to view this image
...and because picking up PSG's bric-a-brac is what we do now, Parisfans claim that we've been offered Alphonse Areola Because the club is down to its last nineteen goalkeepers
He's not playing, though ...which means we'll be picking up PSG and Los Ladrones' bric-a-brac at the same time
Is it just me or are all of those players not only completely different, but probably better than our supposed Plan A?
Out of contract at the end of the season and on the way out, apparently. I think that a deal for him could be made by a suitable club, but I don't see how he'd fit into our side as a striker.
I am surprised by that - just assumed that he was settled and well liked there, Only 27 too that also surprised me, good player but not sure that the rigours of the premier league would suit him but with Eriksen going I guess that he would fill some of the skill set that we are losing so its not out of the question - Definitely a Jose type signing
Mourinho has indicated that we're going to trigger the clause to sign Lo Celso permanently in this window. https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/fo...manently-confirms-jose-mourinho-a4344576.html "By himself he made the decision that the club is going to execute the option. That's normal, he earned it." Great news. Some of the short, quick, buildup passing he's been involved in recently has been superb. Works hard, can pick a pass and I think that he'll score and create goals once everyone's on the same wavelength.
Does not seem to have sideways/reverse gears once he faces the the opposition goal. With NDombele doing the Dembele carrying forward, we now need squad players who can do the Dembele hold-up play and Wanyama 2016-17 MF beastliness.
Ive been very critical of GLC this season but the last few weeks he has really stepped up his game and shown me he’s definitely worth buying permanently. Good move by Spurs
As I said a few days ago, if he didn't get crocked in an international friendly at the start of the season it's likely that he could have begun to click in October/November like he's starting to click now Just think how different that could be for our season, but also who we're seeing sat in the dugout
Whilst its fun banter to call him lol celso on the pl board and calling him a failure (cause he hasnt played), he actually looks a tidy little player. His passings been a bit hit and miss (well the through balls) but i think thats just him adjusting to the league. He gets stuck in, hes got bags of energies and hes confident enough to run with the ball and play through balls so you can see he has the vision. The one thing he has on lamela imo is hes not someone who wants to do tricks and wants to touch the ball multiple times, if the first time pass is the better option, he will try it. Hes just as dirty as lamela too! Maybe not this year but next year and given more playing time i think he could be a huge player for you boys
