Watched it on a stream. Stadium look great packed out . Thought city did ok in the second half And losing 2-1 they better then I expected . If only city had a football mad owner.
Some things were taken as a joke. Though homophobia and racism have no place I can remember Brighton fans laughing when someone shouted “We’re not gay enough for you”. Didn’t stop our stewards ejecting him. Now it would probably result in a lifetime ban and all sorts of awareness courses.
Ive never heard it referred to as homophobic. It’s like calling a woman a prozzie is an anti-lesbian chant.
Brilliant in west upper, everyone sitting in wrong seats - alphabet too confusing , steward telling people to sit anywhere , then people coming in 10-15 mins later and argueing, stewards not getting involved , , people blocking the stairs and everybodies view , safer if we just stick to 10k in future ..
I really enjoyed it and everyone around us did, thought we started really well then they score, long then made some great saves to keep us in the game. Second half we were on top then they score, both goals avoidable which is disappointing. Overall didn't really make their keeper work enough, but on the plus side competed really well. league much more important, got to now be up for performing in an half full stadium which hopefully we will and most of all stop giving easy goals away.
Three losses in a row that....McCann & Byrne out now...well maybe out sometime in the future or whatever then
If everybody stood up no one’s view would be blocked. I just can’t believe the stewards were inefficient. Really...Presumably some of those involved were over 14, which would explain them not throwing their weight about.
Where have you been? There were ejections for fans chanting that about West Ham fans the other week. I have called them many things but must admit that wasn't one sprung to mind.
HDM article right there "Angry fans trapped in City match crowd jams" " Angry mum slams crowd chaos at KCOM"
There is someone will exercise their right to be offended by anything these days and find some way to categorise whatever they don’t like into a most heinous offence.
