Football would probably work better without referees altogether. That’s just silly, it was a clear foul!
I'm basing my opinion on what I've seen, and clearly everyone else on here has seen, but, only you must be correct.
Referees generally have zero clue, usually on some power trip about being able to boss 22 people about for 90 mins a week. Quite sad really
Hence they never should have lowered the threshold which they were applying at the start of the season. When nothing was getting overturned. But people complained left, right and centre that it was too high, and now you never know what VAR is going to say. Needs to go back to where it was. Overturn the Dacoure handball's, and that's about it. Never incidents like Ings today.
This Liverpool are possibly the best side that have ever played in the PL. And we have more than held our own. Cant be disappointed with this performance at all
Var checked it and no pen was the decision, But clearly that part is forgotten to fit someone's agenda
I don't think that's a penalty, certainly not one that VAR should overturn I think a lot of us see a foul because we want to. If that was e.g. Zaha I think I'd see a player stumbling and then going down because he felt the opportunity to go down. Saints have been unlucky today, Kevin Friend's made some poor decisions, but the real difference was we didn't take our chances first half
