They are letting their lot in free to boost the crowd. Kick-off in 20 mins. Elland got a stream mate?
Fair play I suppose. Should’ve given us more though. I think the aggregate attendance for that cup final was nearly 60k
Have you been on Marcos’ narco’s jammy? everyone back in the fold AND a united forum seem mutually exclusive to me.
Watched a bit of the U23's manure are much pacier but it's no score half time. Our lads are rushing things but of course edmunson is out and would have made a difference.
I agree that Kiko needs a rest but we can't drop Bamford as JKA appears nowhere near up to speed and Roberts is only just back from injury (for the next game and a half before he picks up the next one of course).
Agreed, I’d drop Kiko for the Forest game and I realise JKA needs more time. I was reading an article this morning that said Leeds fans need to hope they don’t see JKA just yet as he has zero chance starting and if he has to come on off the bench within the next couple of games it means we’re probably losing.
Great article. Only thing I would say is Poveda seems far more of a confident 19 year old than Grot. He came here because he thought he should have been replacing Sterling or Mahrez.
Will be flying in late from Malta that day, so can't make it. Is he coming up for the Reading game? I'll be there & so will JonnyLosAngeles. Hopefully others that want to meet Jonny too.
Never really been convinced by Kiko but the more I see the replay of the Wigan goal you have to think his confidence is shot. I don't even think the 'blocking' was that rough, he should have cleared them out.
Apparently Forshaw is very near to a return, hence why Bielsa did not want to sign a new midfielder. The report states that Forshaw The is likely to compete with Dallas, Mateusz Klich, Jamie Shackleton and Tyler Roberts for one of the two advanced midfielder spots in front of anchorman Phillips when he is fit again. We can surely assume we’ll have Augustin or Bamford. We’ll have our two wide players Harrison, Poveda, Costa, Alioski (take your pick) but what about Pablo? Will he replace Costa, I can’t see Klich being dropped?
I’ve just checked flight prices for the Reading game and it’s probably costing Johnny less from the US. 350 euros return
Aye, but there's been many a 19yo who couldn't live up to his aspirations. Grot was never played in his rightful position & got slaughtered by 'fans'. If Poveda doesn't match the expectations of the 'fans', then the same thing could happen. I can imagine certain 'fans' accusing him of dribbling round corner flags, being unable to cross, not passing at the right times, unable to head, mark, defend - you name it, they'll rip into him, irrespective of age, ability, or if he's actually doing what Bielsa's asking him to do. So many 'fans' on t'internet assume their 'expert' character assassination must be heard, ironically by loads who haven't even see the game, far less attend it.
