I'm surprised Charlie's starting in view of his injury last week.
I'd have put Lafferty on with Charlie on the bench..

I have major reservations about wyke as a striker. His ability to take chances is awful.
If we played an snq/skp type game fine, but as it is he really is .. only word is profligate, when he isnt injured.
He does try and he puts himself about etc but he seems to spurn so many chances

why are Scowen and Watmore not starting ? Worried about Flanagan though. Also Lafferty could have started, he needed to change things today, i thought the players brought in were squad players ready to go straight in. ipswich bring in a 6'9" goalkeeper in and make 5 changes, but still think we will win. Must win this game though as i think all the other teams above us will win, and Rotherham are getting clear.

I read this week that the manager was having a look at Grigg, clearly he didn't impress much if he's not in the squad.
1-0 or 2-0 I think, hope, please lol.

I dont think there is any precedent to suggest the massive change you believe is warranted has ever worked.
The inference that because Ipswich have made 5 changes and have a 6'9" gk we should be doing similar doesnt make any sense.
Stats bear out that successful teams rarely make any changes unless unavoidable. Up till pompey we had a head of steam. Yes it went tits up but unless we get another flogging PP has every right to persist.
Damned if he does and damned if he doesnt for some

Isnt he a left back? And Hume has been pretty good most of the last 10 games. So we should drop him?

No just surprised he isnt on the bench.
Hume has done nowt wrong to warrant being dropped.
My understanding is that john can/could do a job in left midfield or defence.
Another outlet if we needed a plan b

They are creating much better chances, we're on the back foot then giving the ball away too cheaply when we do get forward.
    Frustrating
