Surely if he was going to do that, it'd make more sense for him to do it closer to home? For instance, apart from Peñarol, have you seen the state of most Uruguayan grounds? He could afford to build a couple of new ones of those and boost his profile there much easier.

We probably won't win the champions league for a few hundred years but I wouldn't be surprised if we do pretty well in the near future. Good manager, decent team and on the cusp of new ownership.

 

Of course he can. But if you want to give the appearance of being one of the boys and to not show your hand, then typing as he does helps with that facade.
