This thread has given me a few hearty chuckles. Love it when we all agree on something.

Hoping for a Villa win today, putting them 4 points clear of West Ham ...

... which would set West Ham up for their next two games, away to Man City and Liverpool.

I hate to say this but 'come on Villa'!

@cridge would be a happy bunny tonight. Maybe if Wist ‘Am go down they might have some decent players for the Villa.

Has he inspired the team yet by telling them they're in a relegation battle?

This is a remarkable story tbh.

The West Ham supporters were sold the new stadium with tales of glorious European nights before 60,000 fanatical supporters ...

... instead they're in a dreadful football arena, in a dead area, which is a third full of bored tourists who can't get into Stamford Bridge.

The squad is a hotch potch mess, the bubble machine is embarrassing and Moyes, the great winner, is being totally found out.

Two defeats, away to Man City & Liverpool and he'll soil his Emperors new clothes ...

.. not even his idiotic media mates will be able to support him.

I hold Moyes singularly responsible for starting the drift of supporters away from the club.

Fans who loved our club became disenchanted with his negativity and complete lack of personality. They drifted away and found better things to do with their time and money on a match day. Many of them may never come back.

Hate is a very strong word but is one I would use where he is concerned.

When he was at West Ham last time he was noticeably over the top happy, jolly, optimistic.
It was an obvious overreaction to the criticism he received in those early days at Sunderland after that now famous declaration that we were in a relegation battle

This time he seems more like his normal self. I suspect he knows he's in bother again.

I have nowt against West Ham, apart from they have more than their fair share of nob-head supporters, but I would love it if Moyes failed again..

His inspirational after match comments were classic Mr 'I'm a winner' Moyes,

"We all know that roughly 40 points keeps you in the Premier League but we also know that we are in a really tough period of games. Goal difference also comes into the thinking."

So he's already saying it might come down to scraping an escape on goal difference ...

    ... I really hope they don't.

In March they have Spurs & Arsenal away with Wolves at home, what odds 3 defeats?

What's incredible is that he will still walk into another managerial position a few months down the line after he gets sacked. Both Moyes and the media will mention his Everton days like the last 9 years or so didn't happen.

And so will continue the the old cronies merry-go-round
