The IST time I witnessed us win at SJP! We all live in a Gary Rowell world. FTM. Any other attendees I reckon there's a few that post in here!!! Mind I don't think that chant was out then???

 

Yeah I was there
And a few months later
At sid James park we beat them in the cup game

 

I was there as well.... great memories and a great day thanks to Lord Rowell. I'm sure Rowell's song was "we all agree Gary Rowell is magic"... Not Lennon and McCartney but sounded good sung by thousands of Mackems

I was 10 and cutting out bra pictures from mums magazines

 

Is that a euphemism for cracking one off over the lingerie page in Freemans

 

Sort of, i used to cut them out and made my own book so i didn't have to flick through the bloody makeup ads

I was there but unfortunately I was in with the mags supporters took me all me time not to celebrate the goals

 

So what did your mam make of the mysterious breast shaped holes appearing in her magazines then?

 

Same here mate, in the Mag seats, but I was sussed when the first went in ...

... after that I thought 'in for a penny' and went mad every time we scored.

I fully expected some trouble on the way out but they just drifted away.

What a day, local lad scoring a hat trick in a derby match ...

... I always wondered if Rowell would've let Entwistle have that goal if it had been for the hat trick!

 

I was in the standing think it was called popular stand it was oposite the tunnel by the Safc supporters in the leazes. It was packed and you could hardly move your arms - maybe just as well for me!

 

It was my first away derby game.....
My recollection is purely ‘the noise’

 

Proud to say in the words of Max Boyce I WAS THERE and it was unbelievable , what it must feel like for a local lad to score a hat trick against your local rivals . It was heaven for the supporters so dear knows how Gary Rowell must have been feeling .

 

I was 6 months (approx) out of my dads 'nads and it was down to my mam at that point.. didn't catch the game.

 

I was at the game.. Brilliant day, but my favourite trip to the dark side was when we beat them 2-0 in the playoffs.

 

I was a bit young... but my dad talks about it with some fondness!, (I was 3)

 

Now I was at that one!!!

 

Usually can’t remember what I was doing 10 minutes ago but remember that game like it was yesterday. Great day out.
