    No point saying who would
    We need him out
    His subs his decisions
    His demeanour
    His treatment of dan batty
    Get rid
It’s the only chance we have of avoiding the drop
And that’s now a reality and it shouldn’t be. these players are comfortably a mid table team with a league one manager and it shows
No motivation no hunger no drive no passion
He needs to go and go now.

I've reached the point where I agree with the above. Whoever's fault it actually is, McCann is culpable as well for whatever reason(s) and shows no indication of getting the necessary improvements out of the available squad. He's the Manager, bucks stops with him.

We have been clueless most of the season, only difference now is we dont have Bowen & grosicki to bail us out.
I havent seen any improvements over the season defensively, and our midfield is constantly over run just like our full backs.
We switch off at short corners, cross the ball yet no ****er is in the box and our possession starts are dreadful.
He has to go now or we are down

I don’t blame terry solely, he’s got what he’s got. Whilst I don’t blame him completely, I have no sympathy for him like adkins he knew what he was getting into and if he didn’t then he deserves all he gets. His selections, his subs and his unwillingness to change system are ridiculous.
I think he needs to go and hopefully a new manager might just get a tune out of the team for 3-4 games just enough to get us over the line.
Do the Allams stick or twist? I wonder which way Is the biggest gamble

It was lighg hearted. Negativity is something Chazz regularly complains about people being from memory unless I'm getting him mixed up with someone else.

    Personally, I want Terry gone.

I didn’t like his interview with Burnsey. I get that he has a strong character and doesn’t feel pressure but I am not interested in that. I am interested in how he intends to turn things around and he had nothing. It’s mainly down to players to find it in themselves he said. What ****e. The managers job is to organise the team to play to their strengths and find the right tactics and motivation to suit the game. He said we would get hammered and we did. Inexcusable from any manager. Sure we have lost two very good players and they did bail us out a good bit but like Chazz says we do have some decent players here and we have signed some proven L1 larkers. They should be doing better. I don’t believe the players are playing for him now and it is time to make a change. It’s good to read the comments above which are not negative but mainly constructive opinions on our current situation.

Even with a depleted squad Silva or Adkins would have a better idea, both available.

I didn’t watch the Real Madrid v Man City game , but didn’t guardiola change his personnel and tactics? Don’t know details but he was getting credit for it in talksport . One of the best managers changed things around to suit his players and the situation in front of him , and didn’t decide in July he was playing the same formation regardless of available players or the occasion . That is one of the biggest frustrations . Let’s make no mistake , it’s the allams mess , and Terry been **** on like those before him , but is he still out of his depth in this situation and if we want to stay up - it probably needs a change and somebody who can drag a result out

I'm coming to the conclusion that a change at the helm is essential. However, not sure if even Warnock would jump at the opportunity to take this on. He's got his feet under the desk on Sky. Why give that up to take on a basket case like HCAFC. 10 games isn't enough to turn it around. Set the satnav for Shrewsbury etc...etc.

The away days in League 1 are appealing.

As I did every home and away game the last time in League 1, you're not wrong. However, I can assure you I won't be repeating the feat again in 2020/21

    Absolutely spot on.
Being close to the play offs, masked problems on the pitch.
    Porous defence.
    Over run soft ineffective midfield.
    Lack of quality up front.
    Strange managerial decisions.
Daft ****s at the top running the club down.

I've been calling for it for a few weeks now .. the cracks that were obvious are now gaping caverns .. the tactics a manager employs should reflect the personnel at his disposal .. alas time and again he ignores the fact the side he puts out cannot play to his system .. its ludicrous that anyone who has a modicum of footballing nowse should employ such but our beloved manager thinks that all of a sudden .. despite failure to do so the majority of the season.. will suddenly adapt and deliver .. sorry ladies and gents but this is lunacy .. we are incapable of defending .. although today showed a little more fight we are still being outclassed all over the park .. we are second to most balls .. the powder puff challenges that go in are laughable .. the failure to track players is embarassing .. the positional sense of this team is none existent .. the concentration levels are second only to 5 yr olds .. for the love of good these lot arent ever gonna win promotion but they are capable of so much more with good coaching and being well drilled .. how can they justify keeping a manager who has achieved 2 points in 10 games and who hasn't recorded a victory in 2 months ! Fkn scandalous but somes our whole outfit up right now from the very top to the bottom .. #shambolic
