Currently Forgotten Voice about the D Day landings, a very good read and in and out of a book called The Brotherhood about 2 cops who killed for the Mafia. Interesting read but finding it difficult to stay focussed on it.

Yep I have read all 20 odd books. I did hear the author Lee Child (who is a brit by the way) is well pissed off by the dwarf, who is Tom Cruise, who got to play Reacher, who is written as a 6ft 5ins 220lb brute.

I thought I had read all of Asimov's SF but that title doesn't ring a bell. Will have to hunt out a copy. My favourite author. Also like Terry Brookes, David Eddings and David Gemmell.

If you haven't already watched it I can highly recommend the YouTube series 'The REAL Operation Market Garden' by TIK. He has also done similar campaign videos for Operation Compass in N Africa and Stalingrad.

he's stopped writing the jack teacher character he got fed up. apparently his brother/cousin or some relative has taken on the 'giant who became a dwarf' mantle.

I'm just finishing knife by Jo Nesbo.. the latest Harry Hole effort.

Might watch where eagles dare tonight though.... and get that ring tone back on my phone.
