    Not good news ..........................
Speaking to Sky Sports News on Sunday lunchtime, Watford boss Nigel Pearson said he does not expect the Spaniard to play any further part in the Hornets' battle for Premier League survival.

"Unfortunately for us the scan results really show he is probably going to be out for the rest of the season," Pearson said.

"The initial scan results show that he has got an ACL (injury), which is a really bad thing for us because he has been such an important player for us.

The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of the key ligaments that help stabilize your knee joint. The ACL connects your thighbone (femur) to your shinbone (tibia). It's most commonly torn during sports that involve sudden stops and changes in direction — such as basketball, soccer, tennis and volleyball

This all gives the team the motivation to win for him. I see us on another run now and we have 3 good players for that position.

“I just wanna say thanks to all the love and messages what you send me in the last few days, I can see the quality people around me. The surgery with Doctor Monllau (pictured) was perfect , I appreciate a lot his work. I’m strong and the people who know me.. they know i’m gonna work really hard to be back soon and healthy. THANKS”

Gerard Deulofeu had successful surgery with Doctor Joan Carles Monllau at the Dexeus Clinic in Barcelona yesterday

Joan is a Catalan version of Juan. Delo is a Girona boy. He wouldn't trust a Spanish surgeon.
