Does the direct debit definitely auto renew? I went on the website to try and renew and I found it to be completely useless and frankly a complete crock of ****.
You can phone the ticket office & ask but I got telt owa the road before I got barred unless your changing your seat or you've changed your address you don't have to dee out

Just kept saying I was an existing season card holder and asked me to find my seat. Obviously the one I currently occupy was showing up unavailable so I just gave up. Now I'm thinking its probably auto renew and was trying to flog me another one.
I had bother renewing the 2 kids (under 8) tickets which are attached to adult cards when I tried online. I could put the cards in my basket for £0.00 but it wouldn't let me check out. It was saying the seats were unavailable. Went to ticket office to renew all 4 tickets in the end and got sorted. Haven't received my renewal packs yet tho.
