So, within 24 hours of '/The Twat' claiming that he can turn back the tide...proof (posted on the BBC) if it was needed, that the tide will come in and go out for some considerable time...

BREAKING: Restriction should continue ‘most of a year’

Policies to limit the spread of coronavirus would need to be in place for "at least most of a year" to prevent intensive care units being overwhelmed, according to official scientific advice to the government.

The documents, prepared by the UK's Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (Sage), said alternating between more and less strict measures could "plausibly be effective at keeping the number of critical care cases within capacity".

Eventually, even The Delusionists in charge of this country are going to cotton onto the fact this isn't a one or twelve week wonder...

They know. They're peddling more bullshit and sneaking out stories under the cover of the coronavirus.
Priti Patel apologised for Windrush the other day while nobody was about. There'll be a ton more of this ****.

Coronavirus or no coronavirus, this really should be headline news.
Another coronavirus pandemic is predicted in 10 years time.
That nasty woman apologising is a once in a lifetime event

A round of applause for Florida governor Ron DeSantis for saying that he doesn't care about COVID-19 as he wants to beaches open for Spring Break

It takes a lot of balls to go out in public and say that his one takeaway from watching Jaws was that the mayor of Amity Island was right to keep the beaches open in spite of the shark attacks, but he went ahead and did it

Trump only responded this to this virus when he was told he should flatten the sombrero.
He's been wanting to do that for a while.

    More an effective ad-blocker! <laugh>
It's an article about Boris Johnson being inspired by the mayor in Jaws.

"The real hero of Jaws is the mayor, a wonderful politician. A gigantic fish is eating all your constituents and he decides to keep the beach open. OK, in that instance, he was wrong but in principle we need more politicians like the mayor."
"There was one laudable thing about him, and that was his refusal to give way to hysteria. I loved his rationality. Of course, it turned out that he was wrong. But it remains that he was heroically right in principle."

This is our Prime Minister. The ****ing moronic villain from a film featuring a man-eating shark.

Diane Abbott has applauded the BBC’s decision to stop filming Holby City and Casualty so that the staff can help deal with patients with coronavirus.

Nope not funny, this sums up the way Diane is treated by the media , we have Hunt wringing his hands at the chaos that he's caused while Hancock thinks wearing a pin on his lapel makes it look like he cares,
Osbourne is now making a fuss about the NHS although that tosser removed the bursaries , this government removed 170'0000 beds
Rant over, this was not a personal dig at you just my frustration at what all governments have done to the NHS and the personal attacks on Diane Abbott by the MSN

Amber Rudd gets police salaries wrong by a factor of two in 2017, nobody takes the piss
Diane Abbott flubs her sums once in 2017, three years of people taking the piss

Absolutely. She isn't good at maths but she got into Cambridge from a working class background and then psssed the civil service entrance exams so she definitely isn't stupid.
