No football, no horse racing in England: Just as well we have plenty of non horse racing topics on the horse racing forum

    Politics
    Coronavirus
    Boxing
Lighten up - Have a Laugh
A place to have a moan

Why not pop over to add a bit of interest; you don't need to be interested in horse racing

    We are here

Every BBC Channel I've looked at starts at 16.30 and only mentions Watford v Arsenal 1987 and WBA v Notts F 1978. No mention of WW. Do we get a tiny slot in there?

What I had forgotten Peter Taylor manager & Steve Guppy for Leicester, & who on earth was Clegg, & another thing I had forgot Essandoh came on for Keith Ryan. Then the second game Martin O'Neill & Cyrille Regis both came to Wycombe

It was due to be shown for 20 minutes but stoppage time made it 32..................(no I didn't see it really).

I went shopping today. I had to go as the missus has had an eye op and can't see much currently. Apart from my screwed up face from 25 yards that is. Actually got some stuff which was the first shock. I had to go early or else you don't get any stuff these days so it made it a long long day. No sport at all in my house. I don't count baiting her these days as it's too easy. I am never going to manage for 12 weeks. I did however buy 3 bottles of plonk for medicinal purposes. I tried to buy 4 but was told I could only have 3. You can't even be an alchy any more without some do gooder sticking their nose in. Apparently any more than 3 makes you a hoarder now. Fecking nanny state.

Just a heads up The Ministry of Defence have been told to be on standby for complete UK lockdown as of Sunday evening at 6pm... No one is to leave their home's unless you work in Front Line Retail or the NHS...

I heard this directly from my neighbour Trigger who is best friends with a guy called Boycey. Boycey knows a guy named Del who drinks down the pub with his uncle Albert. Albert was in the Navy during the war so knows his stuff.

    Please pass it on.
