MoT testing for cars is to be reviewed in the wake of the coronavirus crisis. The Government has already suspended the annual roadworthiness test for heavy goods vehicles, buses and trailers.

Now the Department for Transport could issue similar guidance for cars, motorcycles and light vans over the coming weeks if MoT test centres are forced to close by the COVID-19 outbreak.

Yes, and yes. How many years they will go back, or if someone has no returns filed, will it be an average? Being upset depends on how vivid the imagination was.

I gave my car a wash this past weekend, completely forgot it was meant to be blue, as I've been driving a brown car since well before Christmas.

    Could be bollocks, but...

MORE GOOD NEWS. Carmarthenshire is leading the fight against Covid-19! Following the 'hundreds of extra beds' story today, there'll be an even bigger story on the news tomorrow. Dr Rhys Thomas, a senior consultant at Glangwili, has been working flat out over the past week to develop a new ventilator-type device to treat Covid-19 patients. On Saturday evening the device was succesfully used at Prince Philip hospital to treat a Covid-19 patient, who's now recovering well. An Ammanford engineering works is turning out 100 units every day and it will shortly go into mass production at a larger factory. Carmarthen-born Dr Rhys, a former army medic for 17 years, drew on his extensive military and civilian experience in anaesthetics and resuscitation and advice from the brave doctors fighting Covid-19 in Bergamo, Italy. The majority of patients won’t need intensive care if they are treated with this device first, releasing ICU ventilators for more serious Covid-19 cases and other general medical cases. Friends, this is a powerful life-saving weapon in the fight against this damned virus which is blighting all our lives. On the news tomorrow!

My car went into the garage on Saturday for a panel repair, I'm wondering if I'm going to get it back.

They gave me a replacement though, so I'm in no rush, I'd rather stay in and not risk anybody's health.

One thing I’d like to know. All this staying in and whatnot, the virus isn’t going to just go away. Are we just going to stay holed up with international travel banned for the next year or so until there’s an approved vaccine and all be forced to have it? What’s the end game?

Also, getting totally ****ed off with the shop ****s now. All local shops are ****ing bare. Don’t do a weekly shop but do go and have a big shop every now and then when we need loads. Well that time would just happen to be now. We’ve got no soap, **** all food left and there’s absolutely piss all in any shop nearby. I’ve deliberately avoided them and taken a walk down in the evenings but rarely managed to get much. Fruit, veg, meat, bread, milk, eggs, flour, tinned food, even crisps are all gone even the freezers are empty of everything but iced cream. I’m having a 200g bar of dairy milk for lunch tomorrow and if there’s still nowt on the shelves I’ll be making my way through a 400g tub of Haribo and custard creams for tea.

I actually hope all those hoarding ****s get coronavirus and die slowly.

The idea is still just to slow down the spread so as not to overwhelm the health service. A vaccine in the meantime would probably be a bit of a winner.

I've noticed the ethnic shops seem pretty well stocked. Most the Neanderthal that are bulk buying would probably never step foot in those shops.

Sports direct staying open. Somehow trying to explain it away that they are uniquely place to help keep the UK fit and healthy.

**** off. Even if there was some merit to that argument. You're just a shop that happens to sell cheap **** sports wear and ****e equipment. Staff have **** all expertise. I hope this turns out as big a disaster business wise as it seems to me.
