Our three year old woke me up in the night and phone was full of messages from people in UK telling me they were lockdown prepping. Glad they’ve made the step, it’ll be worse before it gets better but it’s the only thing to do.

We just got our scorecard for today.

We’re on 12hr overnight curfew, all nonessential retailers closed, National Guard are on most streets and stores getting ready to require PPE to enter, probably starting tomorrow. They think Kuwait’s airports will be outgoing fights and cargo only until May at earliest. Honestly I’d be too scared to fly anywhere even at that point.

Of course they haven't. Anyone who thinks they would is thicker than thick.

Was reading about Jordan today. They actually shut everything at the first signs of it, 24hr lockdown and the government delivers food and water. Insane.

That bastard Tim Martin is refusing to pay his staff for the whole month.
Waiting for the 80% wage deal to come online before paying for the rest of the month.

    Just a thought.
All those brexiteers who thought stopping Freedom of Movement, in Europe was a good idea.
How are you coping with the loss of your freedom of movement? :emoticon-0105-wink:

This app https://covid.joinzoe.com/ is a clever idea to get people to log symptoms and progress of their illness. It’s free and all the data will be used in the UK to develop research and help emergency services to identify potential hotspots as they arise.

The place where my brothers both work is staying open. They normally make marquees and the like (e.g for The Grand Tour) but have been given a contract to make body bags :-(

I've had to self isolate, instead of working today. Been up all night coughing, and have a high temperature and tight chest..

    Here we go folks :emoticon-0107-sweat
