As for Jezza...THB I haven't really gone on about him or Brexit. Both are irrelevant at this time.

You had a joke at him last Wednesday. <doh> Sadly I think Brexit is relevant the current situation, and I'll grant you the virus could not have been expected, but because of a direct result of leaving the EU we are in a worse position to deal with it, both financially and the amount of medical staff that have left and are yet to be replaced, this shouldn't just be swept under the carpet

For once I may have to partially agree with you but if you think we will have it bad you may need to look across the Channel. They will be in deep 2222.

It was on the last page didn't take much finding! Just a memory. I'm aware of things across the pond, I will grab onto your partially agreeing though and leave it there

Italy will be truly 2222ed. I get no pleasure in seeing this. I have many fab memories of going to Italy and will do so in the future. However with Brexit happening and the state they are in, I think there will be major problems. Personally I would delay Brexit until things calm down.

May depend on what deal the US is prepared to offer us.

Do you honestly think the US are prepared to offer something beneficial? Trumps mandate has well and truly been US first, can't see it being anywhere near close to what some people are hoping for.

I also suspect the EU's priority, and to be fair rightfully so will be to protect the interests of their members, before that of the UK.

Have you seen the US unemployment figures this week? I suspect Trump may be well and truly softened up by the spread of the virus in the US. There might never be a better time to get a good deal

I really hope you're right. I just can't see it with Trump at the helm.

I think they're going to have big problems in the States with this virus.

I agree absolutely, whilst I might not be Boris's biggest fan he's been relatively good in regards to the virus situation compared to Trump. His handling of this whole affair could easily be his downfall.

I have the utmost faith in Trump to convince his support that it’s both not his fault and that he’s the best bet to get the economy back on track for another four years.

Does anyone else suspect that Johnson doesn't really have the virus, but that he's really gone on a massive bender?

We've had this discussion at home - wouldn't put it past Cummings to come up with this to keep Boris out of the spotlight for a couple.of weeks so that when the draconian measures are enforced upon us, it'll be Gove or Raab that's delivering the news. Either way, I bet he's not on 80% salary, sitting 97,000th in the queue for UC, or worrying about putting food on the table whilst he waits for his cheque at the end of June.

His popularity ratings have risen whereas Binden's have fallen after his cellar speech.

Well let's see if that continues in the coming weeks when tens of thousands, potentially hundreds of thousands of people die and there's Trump boasting about his viewing figures, rivaling the bachelor, giving out incorrect guidance in regards to the virus and not practicing what he preaches about social distancing, even his lapdog Piers Morgan is criticising him now

This photo is a day ago <doh> the man is a ****ing idiot

Similarly, that odious twat Piers Morgan isn't worrying where his next pay cheque is coming from, whilst lecturing the rest of us about staying at home (Whilst being paid to work at ITV).
