The last ever South Coast Derby ... so pleased it ended this way. Fourever more, we have the upper hand.
You'd have thought they would have built up some sort of resistance living down there. Even so, get well soon. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hampshire-51987893
If this season is written off, what a great season it has been. We beat Pompey in their own back yard and only got knocked out of the only competitive competition by the holders and subsequent winners. Ralph did well.
In my opinion, a word very much more readily used across the pond. Maybe it's a personal selective memory for me, but for as long as I can remember, workers were "laid off" in the UK, for either the short or long term. Interestingly, it's possibly one of the few words in American English that hasn't had its spelling simplified, say to furlow.
It’s been 5 weeks since we have seen a top flight football game and I am really missing it .......imagine how Pompey feel they haven’t seen one for 10 years
This Friday, Derek Jennings will be in crown court (if it's open) facing jail for punching Luna the police horse three times in the face. This prick is 53 yrs old ffs,and stood as a councillor last time out, over 450 locals voted for him. Possibly two year sentence looms. When asked for a comment Luna is reported to have said don't bother with jail just let me kick him in the face three times.
