    Cheers
I do genuinely appreciate you being my surrogate memory
For some reason I can remember everything I have planned in for months ahead, but stuff from ages ago blends together
In my mind I went to one massive gig with Bad Brains, Exploited, New Order, Vice Squad and Marilyn Manson...
    Dressed as Elvis! ;)

I shared the stage with Debbie Harry at a gig she did.

In related news bouncers tried to throw me out of a Blondie gig...but they didn’t manage to and I watched the rest of it from the lighting rig over the stage!

In my lifetime too, I never remember Ex Servicemens being on the Weir, has always been where you said, unless of cause it was on the Weir prior to our era.

Fairly sure Waggy had the Golden Ball pub in Wincolmlee / Bankside? area in the early 80's. Definitely met him in a pub around there and he did an outside bar for us at Woodmansey in 1981 or 2.

You're right, I've got my dates wrong. I'm getting worried now, that's the second time in a few days i've screwed up on facts about City. Seems I was out by at least 10 years - I checked when City moved to the KC as I was at the final game at B.P. (invited by Waggy) - it was late in 2002, not 199x !!
I think I'd better find his book with all those autographs in it to make sure I'm not really losing my mind.:emoticon-0106-cryin
Thanks for boosting my wellbeing :emoticon-0100-smile:emoticon-0148-yes:

Been playing a lot of Dr Feelgood clips lately and our spying friends at Youtube stuck this on my 'recommended' page - music officianados of Not606, I gave you the one and only, the man, the myth and the legend that is Wilko Johnson, explaining his brilliant technique ... enjoy!

Seen most of the British bands in this documentary, which is worth watching for a historical perspective.
I'm sure many of you have seen it, but those who haven't, try it.
    Approx 1.5 hours !
