Just cancel due to current circumstances. They can’t deliver, you no longer want to take it, so the sales contract is void. They’ve incurred no loss, you’ve handed over no cash, so it goes in the bin. You signed the finance docs right? Ring the lease company and tell them you don’t want to take delivery, and email the dealer and tell them you’re cancelling.
Bruv, @Quesadaad says he thinks tge fear of 13 is boring so ive put him on ignore, i thought youd like to do the same, dont need peeps like that spreading **** about like an ira prisoner
Fear of 13, is a great documentary surprised someone thought it was boring in the world of rubbish like Tiger King and Making a Mu... Whole nation bored.
Its definitely been over sold by some way, i was expecting some mad **** at the end like how to make a murderer but it was all just how it looked like it was gonna go from the start, him losing everything to that scary Christian tiger witch.
Yeah I’ve done it direct with JLR. They seem pretty chilled about the whole thing, but I’ve not backed out yet, I’m preempting them being ****s about it. I was under the impression that once the cooling-off period had elapsed I was locked in.
You’ve not taken delivery of the goods, so no. Had you taken delivery it’d be different. They might try that line with you btw, but I doubt they’ll push it very hard given the circumstances, especially given the car isn’t registered and they can’t fulfil the order anyway.
I’ll give it a crack then. I’m looking at a Focus RS 2018, my Mrs will be fine for another 10 months with that Merc.
@Tobes is like a not606 Martin Lewis except not full of **** and not a bit of a ****, so I suppose he's not really like Martin Lewis but you all get me right?
On the off chance they give you any slaver, then just say you’re cancelling as per your rights under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act. Given you have dealt direct, they’re also governed by the distance selling regulations. It’ll be sound.
