    Nah, it’s quality. Funny colour is down to you mush, cos my hand slipped adding the Cayenne. Texture is perfect though, could maybe use a bit more garlic

    The pulled pork is in. Done 45 mins on 210. Taken it out, turned oven down to 125. It’s now back in.

    making my own bbq glaze to pour over it when it is pulled. Even had to make a molasses substitute for the bbq sauce.

    the bbq sauce I will make in a bit which includes the following;

    Ketchup
    Soy sauce
    Molasses
    Brown sugar
    Cider vinegar
    Worcester sauce
    Mustard
    And some of the dry rub. Boil it all up and reduce.

    pink tub is the homemade molasses.

    old jar is the homemade bbq sauce. Was a bit sweet so added a tsp of chipotle paste as well.

    I’d probably lose as it’s going into a semi-healthy dish.

    Chucked it in the pan for a bit to finish with tomatoes and lentils. Did some classic Comm hoying of whatever was lying around to go in with the pork and it’s turned out pretty well.
