Does that mean they can stop the training plans. Surely that would be classed as working.

    Simples, random draw.

More likely is a split into north and south, play home and away, playoff between the two mini leagues at end of season.

Assuming the season does restart behind closed doors, when it’s time for the play off make it sudden death not two legs. The advantage of the home team isn’t as strong as it would have been behind closed doors and give the 3rd and 4th place the ‘home’ advantage. It won’t save a lot of time but it will save a few days

It's obviously in the event that the season starts late and they only 3-4 months to play it instead of the usual 8 months.

International and Champions/Europa League fixture highly unlikely before 2021.

My prediction would be for the 2020/21 PL amd EFL fixtures to start early September and have caught up by xmas.

Then the aforementioned CL etc will hopefully be able to complete a more condensed format to finish in May 2021. Which in turn will accomodate the rearranged Euro 2021 to commence in June.

Failing that it will be domestic fixtures only and see where we are come May 2021.

Championship played behind closed doors live games for fans starting june , leeds finish top and pronounced champions and promoted , premier league clubs not allowed to finish champions league through virus and costs , so LEEDS UNITED are included in champions league remaining fixtures this season as no premier league club allowed , leeds united reach final in july and play bayern munich in final in PARIS and beat them 2-0 leeds united then crowned champions of europe , anyone agree with that ?

There would still be a cost hosting a game and with no gate receipts who would pay?

Non-season ticket holders who want to watch, obviously.

Two tiered pricing system - UK based fans pay 10-15 per fan watching, on the honor system, perhaps with overseas fans paying the same amount for LUTV, in the case of Leeds, as before?

Perhaps adding more opportunity for ads to be displayed on tv or at the ground?

Remember costs will be significantly less than normal matchday costs.

Problem there is, LUTV, can't cope now, let alone with the demand that would bring.

But the clubs contesting would not want to be giving revenue away to another club, I'm just thinking of a way to conclude the season a bit quicker, the teams finishing 3rd and 4th should keep a slight advantage of a one legged game so give them home advantage behind the closed doors

It would have to be PPV via Sky or BT Sport it it the only way the clubs could generate some income

Sky have the broadcast rights to the EFL including all play off matches.
