    What year was that picture ? - most of that team was in the side beaten 5-1 by Aberdeen in a pre-season tournament hosted by Aberdeen in 1981. We beat WHU 3-0 too ! Lawrie Mac was very complimentary. I missed it, away at sea.

    Haha. Just spoke to a Bournemouth fan over the road (from literally over the road) whist getting the bin. He said let’s hope they void the season so we don’t go down and you don’t lose 9-0.

    The Sunday Mirror are reporting that Joseph da Grosa might be interested in buying the Saints.
    Can’t find a link, but he was in the running to buy Newcastle.
    He used to own Bordeaux and is reported as being a billionaire. Haven’t checked his current worth.

    Looks like the perfect fit. Doesn’t invest much and tries to get young players and sell on, if I understand this report correctly.
