I then get on the bus, 2 clowns get on with a mask then sit down barely 5ft(1.5mtr) from a passenger!!!
I don't want to sound middle-class about it, but my personal observation is that the 'cheap' supermarkets are not observing the social distancing rules as well as the mid-market ones, or the upper end ones like M&S Food Hall (where I have been a couple of times in the last month). Fortunately my budget will stretch beyond the cheapest stores. I don't envy those who do not have that choice.
It was explained that other than proper masks accompanied with visors as worn by our fantastic NHS staff that the other masks actually do diddly squat to protect you and that the virus can enter via your eyes
I heard that some turnip somewhere had suggested that footballers wear masks during matches That might work - for walking football. I did wonder whether the leagues could be completed this season by playing all remaining fixtures under 'walking football' rules. Then I thought maybe not.
And here we are, football CANNOT resume all the while you have the 2mtr distancing. Call the whole thing off ffs. #livesbeforemoney
Not at all mate was just explaining the masks do very little anyway - whether or not they’re within 2 metres or not , which by the way is a waste of time also within the confines of a bus !
Yesssssss, but pinky and perky obviously thought they were doing their bit but then decided they could snuggle up to passengers.
Anyway to sum up if you should find yourself on the deck of a bus and someone with covid 19 should cough/sneeze on that deck it doesn’t matter what distance your sat at or wearing a two bob mask you would be enveloped in their germs - stay off public transport if you possibly can !
I quite like Hophouse 13 which is brewed by Guinness but not readily available around here so I tend to drink Hurlimann , but only a couple !
Indeed but they have weakened it since the first time I was given it in The Lamb in Swanley village - a very messy occasion
