Seriously do not think Rafa is the man for this job, I at first thought it made sense but the more I consider it I think it's a poor appointment. He's not the top 4 manager he used to be, we need someone young with passion and drive, someone desperate to do well.

Haha where is Southerner these days? He will love the return of Rafa. I think Rafa might be ideal for the first phase of the project as it will need a good team builder. As ever though, the pressure will be on to play a decent style of football and Rafa will have to deliver that with the funds we have available.
